Job Title: Telecaller – Debt Recovery
Location: Laxmi Nagar
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + Attractive Incentives
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Telecaller in the Debt Recovery department. The role involves contacting customers to follow up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending dues
- Follow up regularly for payment collections
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
- Handle customer queries professionally
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of calling and customer handling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
