  • Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Explain company products/services and generate customer interest.
  • Follow up with customers regarding loan applications and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and customer updates.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
