Make outbound calls to customers for recovery of overdue payments and outstanding dues.

Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets on a daily and monthly basis.

Negotiate payment commitments and follow up to ensure timely payments.

Resolve customer queries and maintain professional communication during collection activities.

Update call records, payment status, and customer interactions accurately in the system.
