Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Job Title: Tele Caller Cum System OperatorJob

We are looking for a Tele Caller Cum System Operator who can handle customer calls, maintain records in the system, and provide administrative support. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and attend inbound calls professionally.
• Explain company products/services to clients.
• Follow up with customers and maintain proper communication.
• Enter and update customer data in the system/software.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation.
• Handle emails and basic computer-related tasks.
• Coordinate with team members and management for smooth operations.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, Internet).
• Data entry and record maintenance skills.
• Good typing speed and system handling.
• Positive attitude and customer handling ability.
• Qualification:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
• Fresher & Experienced both can apply.
