Telecalling Executive

*Job Title:* Telecaller - Ayurvedic Medicines  

*Job Description:*

- Contact potential customers via phone to explain Ayurvedic products, their benefits, ingredients, and usage

- Educate callers on dosage, precautions, and lifestyle advice as per company guidelines. Do not give medical diagnosis or prescribe

- Handle inbound queries about products, orders, delivery status, and refunds

- Generate leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales

- Maintain customer records in CRM and update purchase history

*Skills and Qualifications:*

- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and regional language

- Knowledge of basic Ayurveda concepts like doshas, common herbs, and wellness products is a plus

- Customer service skills and ability to explain benefits without making unapproved medical claims

- Basic computer skills, CRM, Excel

- Ability to meet sales and call targets

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Make outbound calls to leads from website, ads, and referrals

- Explain product composition, benefits, and usage instructions per company-approved scripts

- Address customer concerns, collect feedback, and escalate medical questions to certified Ayurvedic doctor on team

- Follow up on abandoned carts and repeat orders

- Maintain accurate call logs, sales data, and compliance with FSSAI/Ayush marketing guidelines

*Note:* Since Ayurvedic products are health-related, telecallers must stick to approved product claims and avoid making disease cure promises. All medical questions should be referred to the in-house consultant.
