Job Title: Loan Recovery Executive (Fresher)

Job Description-We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Freshers to join our Loan Recovery team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, following up on overdue payments, and maintaining professional communication to recover outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Call customers regarding pending loan payments.
2. Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
3. Explain outstanding dues and repayment options.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
5. Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets.
6. Escalate complex cases to the Team Leader.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery guidelines.

Requirements-

1. Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
2. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
3. Basic computer knowledge.
4. Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
5. Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
