Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and confident Telecalling Executives for the Loan Recovery Department. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers regarding overdue loan payments, following up on pending dues, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professional communication.

Key Responsibilities-

1-Make outbound calls to customers for loan recovery and payment follow-ups.

2-Explain pending dues, EMI details, and payment deadlines to customers.

3-Handle customer queries and negotiate repayment plans when required.

4-Maintain proper call records and update recovery status in the system.

5-Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets.

6-Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during calls.

7-Coordinate with team leaders and managers regarding difficult cases.

Requirements

-Experience in loan recovery, collections, telecalling, or BPO preferred.

-Good communication and convincing skills.

-Basic knowledge of banking/NBFC recovery process.

-Ability to handle pressure and targets.

-Basic computer knowledge.

-Hindi speaking mandatory; English communication is an added advantage.
