Job Description
. Role Purpose-To connect with potential/existing customers over calls, understand their needs, and _advise them on the right insurance & financial products
Key Responsibilities- Reach out to warm leads or handle incoming queries about Life or Investment-linked insurance plans.
Need Analysis-Ask the right questions to understand family, income, liabilities, and existing coverage of the customer
Product Explanation- Clearly explain policy benefits, exclusions, premiums, claim process in simple Hindi/English.
No jargon, no mis-selling
Compliance: Follow IRDAI guidelines. 100% transparency on what’s covered and what’s not
Performance Metrics
1. Calls per day: 80-100 connected calls
2. Conversion: 3-5% of leads to policy
3. Quality Score: 90%+ on call audits – no mis-selling
4. Retention: 85%+ renewal rate for your portfolio
