Job Description
Position Telecaller (Female Only) Fixed Salary
Salary ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)
- Job Responsibilities Make outbound and receive inbound calls.
- Communicate effectively with prospective clients in Hindi and English.
- Explain company services professionally and answer customer queries.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Eligibility Female candidates only.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Telecalling, customer service, sales, or BPO experience is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
