Key Responsibilities

Inbound Calling:

• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, dealership locations, and services.
• Provide accurate information about Heraldebike electric two-wheelers and ongoing offers.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule showroom visits or test rides.

Outbound Calling:

• Contact potential customers from company-generated leads and databases.
• Explain product features, benefits, financing options, and promotional offers.
• Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture prospects and close sales.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights during interactions.
