Telecalling Executive

MLabs Digital is hiring Tele-calling Executives for a work-from-home calling role. This is a full-time opportunity where you will speak to leads over the phone, understand their requirements, qualify interested prospects, and follow up with them regularly.

You do not need a laptop for this role. You only need an Android smartphone, stable internet connection, good communication skills, and a willingness to talk to people every day. Freshers are welcome and training will be provided.

The role offers fixed pay along with incentives based on performance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall leads from a daily calling list.
• Speak to customers in a clear, polite, and helpful manner.
• Understand customer requirements and qualify interested leads.
• Follow up with leads on time so that good prospects are not missed.
• Maintain simple and clear notes for every call.
• Handle customer questions and objections patiently.
• Speak in the language the customer is most comfortable with.
• Achieve daily calling and quality targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English
• Telugu-speaking candidates will be preferred.
• Comfortable making calls throughout the day.
• Clear and warm phone manner.
• Ability to listen carefully and stay calm during conversations.
• Self-driven and reliable while working from home.
• Smartphone with stable internet connection.
• Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, support, or lead generation is good to have but not mandatory.
