Telecalling Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls related to vehicle scrapping enquiries.
• Explain Motozo services, processes, pricing, and required documentation to customers.
• Follow up with interested leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and other marketing campaigns.
• Maintain proper lead updates and customer records in CRM/software.
• Coordinate with operations and pickup teams for smooth execution.
• Resolve basic customer queries and build trust with clients.
• Achieve daily calling and lead conversion targets.
• Share timely updates with reporting managers.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or automobile industry preferred.
• QualificationMinimum 12th Pass.
• Graduate preferred.
• Experience 0–3 Years
