Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating sales through phone calls.
- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services and generate sales.
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
- Follow up with interested customers for conversion.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for better customer service.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of computers and calling software.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Preferred Skills Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support.
