Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented E-Commerce Sales & Client Onboarding Executive who can connect with business owners, explain our e-commerce services, and convert leads into clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
• Generate and qualify leads for Amazon and Flipkart seller onboarding services.
• Explain our e-commerce services, pricing, and onboarding process.
• Convert inquiries into paying clients by handling objections effectively.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts is preferred.
• Confidence in handling outbound and inbound sales calls.
• Ability to work with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven with a positive attitude.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, business development, or e-commerce.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)
