📞 Make and receive calls to assist patients with their queries and appointment requests

🩺 Provide accurate information about hospital services, consultations, and treatments

📝 Maintain call records and update patient information in the system

📅 Schedule and confirm patient appointments with doctors

🤝 Handle customer queries politely and ensure a positive patient experience

📲 Follow up with prospective and existing patients as required

📊 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth patient support and appointment management

🎯 Achieve daily calling and service quality targets

💰 Salary:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
