About the Role

Perccent is a mutual fund investment app. As a Sales Calling Executive, you will call users who dropped off mid-journey, explain the investment process, resolve their issues, and help them complete onboarding, KYC, and their first investment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Call users who dropped off and re-engage them to complete their investment journey
  • Explain how the Perccent app works, from sign-up and KYC to making an investment
  • Call users facing issues and guide them step-by-step through onboarding and KYC completion
  • Help users place their first mutual fund investment on the app
  • Maintain call records and update the CRM software regularly
  • Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry
  • 12th pass or above
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English and Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge
