Telecalling Executive & Sales

We are looking for a motivated Telecalling & Sales Executive who can connect with potential customers, explain our services, and convert leads into successful sales. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and a target-driven mindset.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Follow up with interested customers regularly
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
• 🧠 Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure
• 🎓 QualificationMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Fresher & experienced both can apply
• 💼 Experience0–2 years in telecalling / sales / customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
