Job Summary:The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective clients, explaining FINLEGALFORTE's services, converting leads into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:1. Lead ManagementContact leads generated through digital marketing, websites, and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM software.
- 2. Sales & Client AcquisitionExplain company services and pricing to potential clients.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional services.

- LLP Registration
- GST Registration
- Trademark Registration
- NGO/Section 8 Company Registration
- FSSAI Registration
- MSME Registration
- ISO Certification
- ROC Compliance & Annual Filing

- Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
- Other Legal & Compliance Services
- 4. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain professional communication with clients.
- Resolve basic client queries and coordinate with the operations team.
- Ensure timely collection of documents and payments.
- 5. ReportingUpdate daily call reports and sales reports.
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up status.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Skills Required:Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of legal and compliance services will be preferred.
- Qualification:Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in telesales, legal services sales, or B2B sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Working Hours:10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
