Job Description
We are seeking a Telecaller to join our dynamic team at our Gaur City Center. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via telephone to introduce them to our real estate projects, answer their inquiries, and schedule appointments for site visits.
Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to present our real estate projects and services.
2. Provide information about available properties, including pricing, location, amenities, and payment plans.
3. Understand clients' requirements and preferences to offer personalized solutions.
4. Follow up with leads to maintain communication and nurture relationships.
5. Schedule appointments for interested clients to visit our properties and meet with our sales team.
6. Keep accurate records of calls, interactions, and appointments in the CRM system.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and meet sales objectives.
8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
7. Knowledge of the real estate market in Noida and surrounding areas is desirable.
8. Fluency in Hindi and English; additional languages are a plus.
