Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
- Contact leads generated through digital marketing, exhibitions, references, and databases.
- Generate new construction and interior project inquiries.
- Identify genuine decision-makers.
- Build a healthy sales pipeline.
2. Lead Qualification
Collect complete information including:
- Customer name
- Mobile number
- Email ID
- Project location
- Plot size
- Construction type
- Budget
- Timeline
- Requirement details
- Source of lead
- Stage of decision
3. Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule meetings for the Sales Manager.
- Coordinate online and offline meetings.
- Confirm appointments.
- Send reminders to customers.
4. Customer Relationship
- Maintain professional communication.
- Build trust with every customer.
- Understand customer requirements carefully.
- Ensure a premium customer experience.
5. CRM Management
Update CRM daily with:
- Call status
- Follow-up dates
- Customer notes
- Meeting outcomes
- Next actions
- Lead stage
- Lost lead reasons
6. Follow-Up Management
- Follow up consistently until the lead is closed.
- Re-engage inactive leads.
- Ensure no lead is forgotten.
7. Reporting
Prepare:
- Daily call report
- Daily lead report
- Follow-up report
- Weekly pipeline report
- Lost lead report
- Conversion report
8. Coordination
Coordinate with:
- Sales Team
- Architects
- Interior Designers
- Site Engineers
- Operations Team
- Management
