Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products and services to customers in a professional manner.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM/software.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Prepare and submit daily call reports and sales reports.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
Maintain call quality standards and company compliance guidelines.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
Contribute to team goals and support overall business growth.
