We’re Hiring: Telesales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to connect with customers who already have active health insurance policies and guide them toward better porting options. This role involves explaining benefits, building trust, and closing sales over the phone.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to customers with existing health insurance policies
• Explain the benefits of porting to improved plans
• Provide accurate details on policy features, coverage, and benefits
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable options
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience
