Job Description

Inside Sales Executive – US Process (Presales | Demo Booking and Demo Done)


* Location: Remote / Work from Home 

* Shift: Night Shift (US Timings 9.00 pm – 6.00 am IST)

* Department: Sales – Presales / Lead Generation

* Employment Type: Full-time



Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to leads (parents/students) in the US market.

* Clearly communicate course offerings, features, and benefits for Class 1 to Class 8 students.

* Understand the learning needs of students and book demo sessions with counselors and get demo done.

* Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

* Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for demo bookings and conversions.

* Coordinate with the academic and sales teams for seamless demo scheduling.



Requirements:

* Excellent spoken English with a clear and neutral accent.

* Willingness to work in the US time zone (Night Shift).

* Basic understanding of US school grades and parent communication style.

* Familiarity with CRM tools like LeadSquared, Zoho, or HubSpot is a plus.

* Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
