Job Description

Role Summary


The Sales Executive B2B is responsible for building and growing Leshrac's customer base by acquiring new contractors, architects, and trade buyers — and retaining existing ones through consistent, relationship-driven service. They own their territory, drive revenue through daily market visits, and ensure every customer knows what Leshrac stocks and why they should buy from us. This is a high-ownership, target-driven role where your results are visible every week.


Key Responsibilities


1. Own your territory — conduct daily market visits to contractors, electrical shops, architects and project sites within your assigned area; build strong, trust-based relationships.

2. Generate new business — identify and onboard new B2B customers; convert leads from references, cold calls, and field prospecting.

3. Grow existing accounts — increase order frequency and order size from existing customers by proactively informing them of new products, offers, and availability.

4. Drive order collection — take orders on the spot or via WhatsApp; coordinate with fulfillment team.

5. Maintain a sales tracker — update the daily visit log, order pipeline, and collections status in CRM by 7 PM every day.

6. Provide market intelligence — report competitor pricing, new product demand, and customer feedback to the MD weekly.

7. Support product launches — carry product samples, catalogues, and pricing sheets; introduce new brands and SKUs to customers during visits.
