Calling potential customers and explaining health insurance plans



Generating leads through outbound and inbound calls



Understanding customer requirements and suggesting suitable policies



Achieving daily and monthly sales targets



Following up with interested customers regularly



Handling customer queries and objections professionally



Maintaining customer data and updating CRM records



Building long-term customer relationships



Coordinating with sales and support teams for policy issuance



Explaining policy benefits, coverage, and renewal process



Converting leads into successful sales



Providing excellent customer service over calls



Sharing policy quotations and plan comparisons



Ensuring proper documentation and KYC completion



Staying updated with new insurance products and market trends
