Job Description
Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and online platforms.
Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
Explain the benefits and usage of Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain customer records and update lead status in the system.
Build strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order processing.
