Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executive to join Furnesia Interior, a premium furniture brand based in Kirti Nagar, Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
* Call and follow up with customers who have shown interest in our products.
* Explain furniture products, offers, pricing and customization options.
* Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into showroom visits or sales.
* Maintain customer records and follow-up schedules.
* Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
* Handle customer queries professionally over phone and WhatsApp.
* NO STRICT SALES TARGETS. Focus on customer service and follow-ups.
Requirements:
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Previous telesales/customer support experience is preferred but freshers with good communication can also apply.
