Job Overview

We are seeking energetic Telesales Executives to drive outbound sales of premium Ayurvedic health and wellness products. Based at our vibrant store in Gaur City Mall, you’ll make high-volume calls to generate leads, close deals, and build customer loyalty for natural, effective Ayurvedic solutions like herbal supplements, oils, and personal care items.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.

• Pitch Ayurvedic products, highlight benefits, and overcome objections to secure sales.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets through persuasive communication.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM.

• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue per call.

• Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and repeat business.

Requirements

• Excellent Hindi/English communication skills (fluency in local dialects a plus).

• Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic products or wellness industry (training provided).

• Strong persuasion, target-oriented mindset, and resilience.

• Comfortable with 6-8 hours of calling daily; tech-savvy for dialers/CRM.

• 12th pass or graduate; freshers with sales enthusiasm encouraged.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: ₹14,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on experience).

• Performance-based incentives: Up to ₹10,000 monthly.
