💰 Salary:Fixed: ₹ 12,000 - ₹ 23,000, Incentive: UPTO ₹ 20,000 (based on performance)
📝 Job Overview: We are hiring Telesales Executives for business loan sales (secured & unsecured). Candidates will handle leads, convince clients, and convert them into successful sales.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Call potential customers and explain business loan products
• Handle secured & unsecured loan sales
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Maintain follow-ups and customer records
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• Both male & female candidates can apply
• Minimum 12th pass
• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience required
• Basic English required
• Strong convincing and communication skills
• Target-oriented and serious candidates only
