About the Company

Oldforest Ayurved is expanding its Healthcare Counselling Team and looking for confident and patient-focused telecallers who can communicate professionally with patients and guide them through our Ayurvedic consultation process.

Job Responsibilities

• Speak with interested patients over phone calls
• Understand patient concerns and medical history
• Explain the Ayurvedic consultation and treatment process
• Build trust and maintain patient relationships
• Handle follow-ups and patient queries
• Update patient information in CRM
• Coordinate with senior counsellors/doctors when required
• Convert interested leads into customers through proper counselling

Requirements

• Good Hindi communication skills
• Basic English understanding
• Strong convincing and patient-handling skills
• Positive and professional attitude
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
