Role Purpose

To develop, manage, and grow business through Agency Partner Office Channel by recruiting, activating, and supporting partner offices and agents, ensuring sustainable life insurance sales and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Channel & Partner Management

• Recruit and onboard Partner Offices / Agents under the Partner Office model
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive long-term business
• Ensure partner activation and continuous engagement

Sales & Business Development

• Drive life insurance sales through partner offices and advisors
• Achieve monthly/quarterly premium and policy targets
• Plan and execute local sales campaigns, meetings, and joint calls

Agent Development

• Train and mentor agents on products, sales processes, and compliance
• Support partners in recruiting quality advisors
• Improve agent productivity and retention

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Track partner and agent performance metrics
• Submit regular MIS, forecasts, and business updates to management

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales and relationship-management skills
• Knowledge of life insurance products
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate partners and agents
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented and self-driven

Eligibility & Experience

• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 2–6 years of experience in life insurance sales (Agency/APC preferred)
• Prior experience in partner or agency channel is an advantage
• Individual contributor who will create a team of Franchisee Partners
