Travel Consultant

• We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Immigration Counselor Telecaller who possesses a strong fundamental knowledge of overseas visas, work permits, and immigration counseling pathways. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking Abroad Job Opportunities and Work Visas. Your main focus will be making outbound calls to pre-verified leads, assessing candidate eligibility (checking parameters like age, experience, and documentation), and confidently explaining step-by-step visa processes. You will use your counseling skills to guide candidates transparently, clear their doubts, and invite qualified profiles to our office for final registration and document processing. Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling & Counseling: Actively dial prospective clients from provided leads to introduce overseas job listings and work visa options.
• Profile Assessment: Evaluate candidate profiles (work experience, education, passport validity, and PCC eligibility) against specific country requirements to determine basic fit.
• Process Guidance: Address client queries regarding work permit timelines, processing fees, and document requirements without making false promises.
• Drive Office Walk-ins: Build strong rapport over the phone to persuade interested and eligible candidates to visit the office for detailed face-to-face evaluation.
• CRM Maintenance: Keep an accurate daily log of connected calls, follow-up dates, and scheduled office appointments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer handling. (Prior experience in a visa/immigration, overseas recruitment, or travel consultancy is highly preferred).
• Core Knowledge: Familiarity with international work visa concepts, seasonal labor permits, or the general immigration landscape.
• Skills: Strong communication skills with a confident, polite, and persuasive tone.
• Languages: Fluent in Hindi and conversational English.
