About the Role:

We are hiring a video editor who can transform raw information into engaging, easy-to-understand short-form videos (Reels/Shorts). The focus is not just on editing, but on making content clear, structured, and valuable for viewers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form informative videos (finance, business, educational topics, etc.)
• Add clean captions, highlights, and on-screen text for better understanding
• Use visuals, stock clips, and graphics to simplify complex topics
• Maintain fast but clean pacing (avoid over-editing)
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and Basic After Effect
• Experience editing educational or knowledge-based content
• Strong understanding of storytelling and content structuring
• Good sense of typography, subtitles, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to turn scripts into engaging visual content
• Attention to detail and quick turn around time

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with AI tools (auto captions, voice sync, etc.)
