Video Editor – Viral Reels GrowthWe are looking for a creative Video Editor who can turn raw content into viral short-form videos (Reels/Shorts). Your goal is to maximize engagement, retention, and growth through high-impact edits.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit fast-paced, engaging reels with strong hooks
  • Add captions, transitions, effects, and trending music
  • Optimize videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
  • Follow latest trends and viral formats
  • Improve watch time, shares, and audience retention

Requirements:

  • Experience in short-form content editing
  • Skilled in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms & trends
  • Creative storytelling and attention to detail
