Visa Operations Manager

We are looking for a proactive and intelligent Visa Submission Executive who will be responsible for submitting visa applications at the embassy/visa centers and ensuring the complete process runs smoothly. The candidate should be confident, responsible, and able to handle time-sensitive tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit visa applications at the embassy / visa application centers

• Ensure all documents and forms are complete before submission

• Coordinate with the internal team for application status and updates

• Handle queries or clarifications raised during submission

• Track submission timelines and follow up for updates

• Maintain proper records of submitted applications

• Ensure smooth and timely processing of visa applications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Highly proactive, responsible, and quick problem-solver

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of documentation and administrative processes

• Ability to handle pressure and manage deadlines

• Smart, presentable, and professional approach

Preferred:

• Experience in visa submission, travel agencies, embassy coordination, or documentation work
