Job Description – Zomato Customer Support Executive (Voice + Chat Process)
Position: Customer Support Executive (50% Voice & 50% Chat)

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through Voice and Chat support.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding orders, payments, and services.
Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and follow company processes.
Salary & Benefits
Freshers:
CTC: ₹19,000 per month
In-Hand Salary: ₹15,410 per month
Quarterly Bonus: ₹1,929
Experienced Candidates:
CTC: ₹20,000 per month
In-Hand Salary: ₹16,253 per month
Quarterly Bonus: ₹1,929
