Job Title: Steward (Casual Dining Restaurant)

This role includes serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Guest ServiceGreet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
• OperationsEnsure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the dining area.
• Assist in table clearing and resetting for the next guests.
• Follow service standards and SOPs of the restaurant.
• CoordinationCoordinate with kitchen staff for order preparation and special requests.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Compliance & HygieneFollow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Adhere to grooming and uniform standards.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and procedures.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
• Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant service preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages.
