Job Description: Restaurant Waiter

Location: JUGGERNAUT [ 3 BRANCHES KAILASH COLONY, RAJOURI GARDEN, BARAKHAMBA ROAD ]

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take food and beverage orders accurately, serve guests efficiently, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining tables and service areas.
• Clear tables and prepare them for the next guests
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
