Job Description
1.Guests ko politely greet karna and seating assist karna
2.Table setup maintain karna (cutlery, crockery, napkins, glassware)
3.Food and beverages ko proper service standards ke according serve karna
4.Guests ki requirements aur complaints ko professionally handle karna
5.Service area aur tables ko clean and hygienic rakhna
6.Orders ko accurately note karke kitchen/bar team ko coordinate karna
7.Billing process me support karna when required
8.Restaurant SOPs and grooming standards follow karna
9.Team coordination maintain karna for smooth restaurant operations
10.Shift opening and closing duties complete karna
11.Stock and service items ki availability check karna
12.Customer satisfaction ensure karna through prompt service
13.Basic menu knowledge maintain karna and guests ko suggestive selling karna
