Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Website Developer who can handle complete website development along with SEO, performance marketing, and design execution. The ideal candidate must have deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of how to build, optimize, and scale high-performing websites.

Key Responsibilities (Core Duties)

1. Website Development & Coding

Develop and maintain responsive, fast, and user-friendly websites

Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development

Work with technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and frameworks

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

2. UI/UX & Creative Design

Design visually appealing and conversion-focused website layouts

Create engaging user experiences with modern design principles

Optimize website structure for better navigation and usability

3. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices

Optimize website speed, structure, and content for search rankings

Conduct keyword research and improve organic visibility

Handle meta tags, schema, indexing, and crawl optimization

4. Performance Marketing Integration

Support and integrate performance marketing strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

Optimize landing pages for higher conversions and ROI

Track and analyze campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics

5. Website Performance & Optimization

Ensure high website speed, security, and scalability

Optimize loading time, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance

Regular testing, debugging, and troubleshooting

6. Content & CMS Management

Manage and update website content through CMS (WordPress or others)

Ensure proper formatting, SEO optimization, and consistency

7. Data Analysis & Reporting

Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics

Generate reports and suggest improvements based on data insights

8. Office Tools & Communication

Strong command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)

Ability to draft emails, reports, and documentation professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in website development

Strong expertise in full-stack development

Deep understanding of SEO and website optimization

Experience with performance marketing tools and integrations

Creative mindset with strong design sense

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce website development

Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, or custom CMS platforms

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
