Job Description
- Minimum Height 6 Feet.
- Access Control and Monitoring: Managing entry points, verifying employee/visitor identification, issuing passes, and operating metal detectors to prevent unauthorized access.
- Patrol and Inspection: Performing regular, routine, or random patrols (on foot or in vehicles) of interior/exterior premises to detect signs of intrusion, property damage, or security gaps.
- Surveillance and Reporting: Monitoring CCTV cameras and alarm systems, checking locks and lighting, and reporting any suspicious activity or safety hazards to management.
- Emergency Response: Serving as first responders to fires, medical emergencies, or security breaches, including providing first aid/CPR, conducting evacuations, and liaising with police or fire services.
- Conflict Resolution and Deterrence: Acting as a visible, authoritative presence to deter crime, and using de-escalation techniques to manage disturbances or unruly individuals.
