Job Description

  1. We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Executive (Real Estate) to join our team. You will be the face of the company, meeting potential buyers, conducting property site visits, and turning leads into homeowners.
  2. Site Presentations: Conduct professional and engaging property tours, explaining the unique selling points (USPs) of projects, floor plans, and amenities.
  3. Negotiation & Closing: Handle client objections, negotiate pricing within approved margins, and facilitate the booking process.
  4. Market Research: Stay updated on local real estate trends, competitor pricing, and new infrastructure developments in the target region.
  5. Relationship Building: Maintain a database of prospective clients and provide regular updates on project milestones to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Reporting: Track daily site visits and sales activities using our CRM or daily reporting sheets.
  • Mandatory Ownership: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter).
  • Mobility: Ability to travel extensively across the region to meet clients and conduct property tours.
  • Experience: Minimum 6th Months experience in field-intensive sales roles (Any Industry, Real Estate, Insurance, or Telecom).
