🔧 Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Field Installation Technician) 🏢 Company: Stridum Venture Private Limited 📍 Location (Base Office): Plot No. 4, near Jai Multitec, Bhagwanpur, Dera Bassi, Punjab 140507 🗂 Department: Operations / Technical Services 📋 Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Business Development Head 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time 🗺️ Work Nature: On-site Installation (Field Job) 🛠 Job Overview: Stridum Venture Private Limited is looking for a skilled and dedicated Installer to handle on-site installation of company products at customer or construction sites. This role requires someone who is hands-on, technically inclined, and comfortable working in various field environments. The installer must travel to different locations, complete installation tasks safely and accurately, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. ✅ Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Installation Work ● Perform installation of company products at customer premises or project sites. ● Ensure installations meet company safety and quality standards. ● Handle tools and materials with care during installation. 🔹 Coordination & Communication ● Coordinate daily installation schedules with the operations and sales teams. ● Provide basic product usage guidance to clients after installation. ● Report installation status, challenges, and completion updates to managers. 🔹 Maintenance ● Keep tools, equipment, and installation materials in good working condition. ● Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times. 🎒 Qualifications & Requirements: ● Minimum Education: 10th Pass ● Experience: Freshers or candidates with basic installation/technical experience ● Must own a bike for travel to sites ● Basic knowledge of hand tools and installation procedures ● Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor/field work ● Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions properly 💰 Compensation & Benefits: ● Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month ● Incentives: Performance-based incentives ● TA (Travel Allowance): Provided ● ESI & PF: As per company policy 📩 How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply via: 📧 Email: kanchanbhong12345@gmail.com 📞 Call/WhatsApp: 7276547661
