Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Kitchen Supervisor to manage daily kitchen operations in a hospital setting. The candidate will ensure hygienic food preparation, maintain quality standards, and oversee kitchen staff to provide safe and nutritious meals for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day kitchen operations in the hospital
• Ensure food is prepared as per prescribed diet plans and hygiene standards
• Monitor food quality, taste, and portion control
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation as per hospital protocols
• Manage kitchen staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
• Ensure proper storage of food items and inventory control
• Coordinate with dieticians for patient-specific meal requirements
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
• Handle kitchen equipment maintenance and report issues
• Eligibility Criteria:Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management / Catering / Food Production
• Experience: 2–5 years

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of hospital diet and nutrition standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
