Job Description
- Inspect forged and thread-rolled Fasteners as per drawings, control plans, and standards.
- Perform in-process and final inspections using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and thread gauges.
- Check dimensions, thread quality, head marking, and visual defects.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality reports.
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming parts.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with production to maintain product quality and reduce defects.
