Job Description
Sales Executive – Lighting Business
Position: Sales Executive – Retail Lighting Sales
Location: Chandigarh, Punjab and Himachal
Salary: Starting from ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
Visit electrical retailers, lighting showrooms, hardware stores, and dealers across the city.
Promote and generate orders for decorative, indoor, outdoor, and LED lighting products.
Develop new dealer and retailer relationships.
Follow up on quotations, samples, and pending orders.
Achieve monthly sales targets and market coverage plans.
Collect market intelligence on competitor products and pricing.
Coordinate with the office team for order processing and dispatches.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and order reporting.
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Benefits:
