Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
• Software Management: Maintain full records in both Tally Prime and Odoo ERP.
• Daily Bookkeeping: Handle all Accounts Payable (vendor payments) and Accounts Receivable (client billing).
• Taxation: Manage GST filing, TDS deductions, and ensure timely statutory compliance.
• Banking: Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow.
• Inventory Tracking: Record raw material purchases and finished goods stock within the ERP system.
• Payroll: Process monthly employee salaries and manage expense reimbursements.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Audit Prep: Organize all financial documentation for year-end audits.
Required Skills:
• Expertise in Tally and Odoo platforms.
• Deep understanding of GST and Indian accounting standards.
• Strong accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
