Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day financial records and ensure accurate accounting operations and maintenance of stock. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of maintaining financial data while supporting smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
Reconcile bank statements and cash transactions.
Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
Maintain accurate records of expenses and vendor payments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards.
Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation.
Support audit and tax-related documentation when required.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Must be efficient with Tally and Excel.
