Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving the institute’s growth and sustainability by expanding student enrollment, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing visibility in the education and training sector. This role integrates business development, sales, marketing, and relationship management to ensure the institute achieves its academic and financial objectives.

• Identify and pursue new opportunities for student recruitment, corporate training programs, and institutional collaborations.
• Partnership Development
• Establish and nurture relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and government bodies to promote institute offerings and create long-term alliances.
• Admissions Growth
• Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment across courses and programs.
• Brand Promotion
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns, events, and outreach activities that strengthen the institute’s reputation.
• Revenue Generation
• Drive business growth by negotiating contracts, closing deals, and achieving admissions and partnership targets.
• Research & Analysis
• Conduct market research to identify trends in education, training, and skill development, and leverage insights to shape business strategies.
• Reporting
• Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present growth strategies to senior management.
