Outbound calling: Contact prospective leads, introduce services, and generate interest.

Inbound call handling: Respond to queries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns.

Counselling: Guide students in choosing suitable courses, based on their needs.

Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with leads to ensure conversion.

Database management: Record, update, and track customer interactions in CRM systems.

Target achievement: Work towards monthly/quarterly sales and counselling goals.

Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and academic teams for smooth operations.
